    "I am solution-focused, client-oriented and accomplished Real Estate
    Transaction Coordinator. I have been offering more than 5 years of
    experience in real estate management, human resource and marketing I have
    been awarded for numerous achievements by my previous employers and I
    am confident that I can make similar contributions to your business as well.

    I have worked as a Real Estate VA doing different aspects of administrative
    and marketing side of the business. I have done cold calling, appointment
    setting, lead generation, processing of offers, sending out offer letter and
    transaction coordination.

    With my previous company, I worked closely with 3 other transaction coordinators. We have our own tasks or focus on each transaction. My main focus is on the buyer’s transaction checklist. My main tasks are to coordinate with buyers, listing agents, lenders and escrow companies. I am handling scheduling of inspections, repairs if there is any, lender updates and appraisal, and work closely with the escrow companies for the earnest money deposits and other documents with them. Part of my tasks as well is to update our database system with different information as well uploding of documents for the transactions. I was also sending different documents via DocuSign/Dotloop.

    I have been handling more than 50 transactions per month. I am
    knowledgeable in different tools such as ASANA, Podio, DocuSign, DotLoop,
    WordPress, Trello, Slack, Gum Tree, Gazette, Rightmove, Zoopla, Message
    Bird, iCalendar, Top Producer, MLS, Tour Factory, Paperless Pipeline.

    I was also a Virtual Assistant before in an eCommerce business. I have
    completed different projects involving research and database management.
    I am an organized VA and can work with a minimum supervision. I have a
    keen eye for details and I always deliver above the minimum."
