"I do have experience in sales and customer service doing inbound and outbound calls.
Used to work for Avas flowers, an online flower shop in the sends department. Me and my team were in charge of finding a flower shop that could fill the order with all the customer instructions. Product requirements, date, and time that customers wanted to be delivered.
I worked for RDI Dental plans on the sales department doing inbound and outbound calls, I was in charge of giving the customer all information about dental plans. Prices, coupons, and all the dentists available near the area in order to find the best who could suit customer needs.
I also worked for Dental Plans as a QA for the same calls in order to check that agents follow the correct procedures on the calls.
I Worked for [BrightDrop] working from home as a scheduler. We received inbound calls from customers who wanted to bring their vehicles to the dealership in order to have different auto services like tire rotation, oil changes, etc.
I am a very patient person so I'm okay with working under pressure. I do have active listening and I'm also multitasking. I learn very fast and I'm very committed to what I do."
