"I’ve worked in two different BPO Companies for almost 4 years and both of them cater US – Based Healthcare Accounts. I can say that I am an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) which actually led me to become an account supervisor.
I had experienced working for a Dental and Vision account for 2 years and my duties were receiving calls from providers and providing accurate and complete information with high quality healthcare. I’m familiar with dental codes and their respective descriptions. I knew how to discuss eligibility and benefits as well as checking claim inquiries and disputes.
Handling healthcare accounts made me realized the importance of excellent customer service as these accounts require carefulness, sensitivity and consideration. And having that said, I’ve been getting top line surveys with commendations. I also became one of the top agents and got promoted as an account supervisor.
I’m a fast learner and very motivated person. I also love interacting with people. I also make sure to follow good work ethics so I can guarantee my commitment. Working during weekends and rendering overtime would never be a problem."
