One consult fee PER request. If you are needing multiple items made, you will need to submit multiple forms, incurring consult fees for each.

Prior to any estimate being provided you first need to submit this form so I can determine if it is a project that I will be able to take on.
A non-refundable $100 initial consult fee will be required - this fee covers my time of reviewing the information that you have provided in order to try to give you an estimate. Please understand, that all custom work is done on an hourly basis, so an exact estimate is not possible. (Organizations have a different form with a different consult cost).

NOTE: No response will be given to inquiries with insufficient information.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email confirming receipt and determination of whether your request can be done and within your time frame. At this point you will be requested to submit your consult fee in order to move forward to receive your estimate. Payments are to be made via cash or personal check. If your bank offers popmoney, we can discuss this method of payment.

Materials: It is requested that you provide the material necessary, have it prewashed and ironed before shipping. If you are ordering to have it directly shipped to me, there will be a fee for prepaing the material.
Some materials might not be able to be washed, but there could still be a steaming charge to remove any fold marks from shipment.

If you are supplying a vintage garment to be used, make sure you mention that in this section, and be sure that it is already dry-cleaned or washed before sending my way. Again, if there are wrinkles to be removed, there will be a prep charge as well. *
Some provide their wedding dress, antique garments, etc. Please share what type of materials are being used, patterns, etc., and whether you need help procuring materials. This service is paid in advance.
