"I was a technical support for Dentrix/EasyDental these accounts are under Henry Schein Practice Solutions based in Texas. We assist our clients or dental practices on entering the primary and secondary insurance per patient file. We make sure that we have the correct deductibles and maximum benefits used or applied.
On the insurance information, we also helped them on how to edit the insurance coverage by percentage or by amount. So that when creating an insurance claim it will be calculated properly.
To make sure that the insurance claims are calculating properly there are few settings that we have to check. We have to make sure that the previous month is already closed, entered the correct coverage and who is the insurance plan holder.
