Terms & Conditions 条件与规则：
(01) All entries must be submitted by the deadline of 11 May 2012 (Friday), 11.59am (Malaysia Time).
(02) Herein, the term “MYSJ” refers to Super Junior Malaysia Fan-site. “Kpop Cover dance crews” refers to Progression and Dawn’s Arch. And “Media & Partners” refers to 8TV, OneFM and epop magazine.
(03) By clicking “Submit Registration”, you are to be bound by the terms & conditions stated below.
(04) Registration fee: MYR10.00 per person. The fee is refundable on the event day.
(05) Attire: Preferably “Only SJ – No matter what happen, we will always be by your side” T-shirt designed by MYSJ; or any blue colour T-shirt.
(06) Termination of participation is NOT advisable. Your termination will affect the preparation work and the whole project. Participant who is absent for the event, you will be penalized and your registration fee will be forfeited.
(07) The flash-mob is open to all races / nationality of ELFs and Kpop fans who are currently based in Malaysia.
(08) There is no minimum age limit but participant below 13 years old must obtain permission from a parent or guardian via a written consent.
(09) Participant MUST attend AT LEAST once (1) of the practice classes provided otherwise a reason given by participant is acceptable and exemption allowed by MYSJ.
(10) Any registration which is incomplete, incorrect, inaudible, incomprehensible, or not received by MYSJ will be void.
(11) MYSJ will notify successful applications and all correspondence via email. Please check your email (especially your Spam / Junk folder) for further instruction including the bank account details.
(12) MYSJ, Kpop Cover dance crews, and Media & Partners are not liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the flash-mob event, other than those costs and expenses specifically provided for dance practice (if any). This exclusion does not include any liability for negligence by MYSJ, Kpop Cover dance crews, and Media & Partners or death or personal injury arising out of such negligence.
(13) MYSJ may terminate any participant at any time at its absolute discretion. In the event of such termination, MYSJ may, at its absolute discretion, elect not to award any credit-mention or gift in respect of the terminated participant.
(14) MYSJ reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the flash-mob event at any time without giving any prior notice.
(01) 所有参与者申请表格必须在2012年5月11日（星期五），早上11点59分（马来西亚时间）截止前提交。
(02) 在此，“MYSJ”是指Super Junior 马来西亚粉丝后援会。 “Kpop Cover dance crews” 是指Progression 和 Dawn’s Arch舞团，还有 “Media & Partners” 是指8TV、OneFM 以及 Epop杂志。
(03) 在点击 “提交申请” 后，就表示你同意和了解以下的条件与规则。
(04) 报名费： MYR10.00 （每人）。报名费会在活动后当日退还给每位报名者。
(05) 服装：最好是专属大马妖精的会服“Only SJ – No matter what happen, we will always be by your side”；或宝蓝色衣服。
(06) 一旦提交报名后任何取消要求恕不受理。因为此举将影响所有的筹备计划和节目流程。活动当日缺席者，报名费将被没收，恕不退还。
(07) 开放给所有种族 / 国籍目前住在马来西亚的的ELFs 和 Kpop 粉丝们。
(08) 没有年龄限制，但13岁以下的参加者必须获得父母或监护人的书面同意通过许可。
(09) 参与者必须出席至少一次的练习班，或给予合理的理由并获得MYSJ负责人的豁免。
(10) MYSJ有权利不接受和无视任何不完整，不正确，不可理喻或难以理解的申请提交。
(11) MYSJ将透过电子邮件方式通知成功申请者。请记得查收您的电子邮件（尤其是您的垃圾邮件/垃圾邮件文件夹）以得到进一步的指示，如汇款的银行帐户详细信息等等。
(12) MYSJ，Kpop Cover舞蹈员，媒体和合作伙伴将不为此活动上造成的任何成本费用、损失、伤害或暴民事件负上任何的责任，除了和练舞（如有）明确规定的费用以外。也不包括由MYSJ、Kpop Cover舞蹈员和媒体合作伙伴负上任何责任或疏忽所引起的死亡或人身伤害。
(13) MYSJ可在其绝对酌情权随时终止任何的参与者。
(14) MYSJ有权不作任何事先通知的情况下随时修改此快闪活动的条款及条件。
