    "My Career with the BPO industry started on 2013 with Genpac as one of their Customer Service Representative. It is a financial account for clients based in the United States. Prior my regularization I was transferred to the Escalation's Teams. With GenPac a keen eye is necessary, it is vital that the customer's account remain flawless at all times. I also had the opportunity working with Teletech for a telco account. Clients are based in Australia and it's the Big T, Telstra. I may say it's the most complicated account I've handled and I fell in love with. We have received various and extensive trainings in ensuring first call resolution, whether it is billing, technical, dispute, retention and sales. My passion in communicating allows me to excel and eventually assisted the training team in providing updates to my co-workers whenever new roll outs are given by the client. With Techlog Asurion Ph, I'm awarded as top 2 Customer Service Expert of the year and came up with a program call "Unspoken Needs" .The program assisted the training team, communications coach especially my co-workers in gaining customer satisfaction on which we use Net Promoter Score as a gauge.

    The knowledge acquired through experience provided me an in-depth understanding of customer loyalty. My passion in communicating enables me to get the message across. For me customer service is not limited to resolving their concern it is working with them hand-in-hand, providing an excellent service, surpassing their expectation and making them an advocate of the company. To make sure that our brand presence is felt and be part of their lives.

    With the ongoing pandemic, everyone has been challenged and I'm glad that my chosen career continues to evolve, expand and progress. I recently took Nihongo class and will continue to study their language during my free time to get ready as I am positive, we will Go Global. I am available and ready to start as soon as possible.
