Pawsitively Furry's new product line "Pawsitively CUB" is looking for volunteers to test some of the smaller products we offer before they go up for sale. This form is to find the best candidates for testing and feedback on each product. Filling out this form does NOT mean you will definitely recieve test products. However, thoroughly and coherently filling out this form will incfrease your eligibility. US residents only, please.
