Camp Minsi is always looking for qualified and enthusiastic people to serve on staff. Being on camp staff provides a unique and exciting outdoor work experience. To be a paid staff member, you must be at least 15 years old. A counselor in training program (CIT) is offered to those ages 14 and 15 wishing to gain experience.
