“My recent work experience is with an E-Commerce business. I worked as a Customer Service Representative for customers who ordered candles, bath bombs, soaps, etc from the business website. What we do is if there are any concerns regarding the product or delivery we handle it and provide better service/solutions to our customer's satisfaction. It's a blended account consist of calls inbound and outbound with email also. I enjoyed working with them as I got to experience and learn how to use Shopify and Zendesk for an E-Commerce account.
I also have experience as a Customer Service Representative with an account under Hotel Reservations. We assist customers based on their needs, like booking hotels, cancellations of reservation, modification, and assisting them to look for a better hotel that is suited for their needs. I enjoyed working with them as I get to experience and learn about different types of hotels worldwide.
My next experience is with a flower company as a Customer Service representative also. Taking calls inbound, outbound, and sending emails. I got promoted as a manager over the phone assisting customer service representatives that needed assistance for certain types of situations that they can't handle. I learned a lot from this company for the 3+ years that I've stayed. I enjoyed working with the company as I got to experience and love the CSR role and how the flower industry works."
