Because spelling for names varies so much, please list your child(rens) names so I know how they are spelt when posting sneak peeks and photos if needed.

Anything I need to know about your family dynamics? For example, if there are step-parents and the kids don't call them mom or dad, etc.

I understand that if I am 10 minutes late past my scheduled appointment time with no contact, my session will be cancelled and any deposits paid to KCP will be forfeited and not transferred to a different date.

By agreeing to this, you understand that if a session deposit was paid, it is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation for any reason or no show. It will be transferable to a different date in the event of rain only.

*** IMPORTANT*** - By agreeing to this, you understand that there is a MINIMUM of a 3 week turn around for photos with the potential for up to 4 weeks depending on season and type of session. All sessions are completed in the order shot. *If an exception needs to be made, please make agreement with KCP before the session takes place.
