"My recent job is with an eCommerce Company located in Las Vegas Nevada. CoutureCandy sells gowns, dresses and jewelries. I worked for them as a customer support and we handled inquiries through phone, emails and chats. We've used shopify to check the orders and accounts of the customers. I've also used Microsoft Excel to track and monitor customer's returns, refunds, claims and cancellations.
I also worked for a Real Estate Company located in the United States as an order desk/virtual assistant. We contact licensed appraisers through emails and phone calls that help our client estimate the right amount of different properties. These are documented and submitted for the clients by the deadline stated on the agreement.
