Bear in mind that we have a successful format over the years, and strongly suggest that if it says "Suggest One" "Suggest Four" etc. that you stick to the format, or pick more if you wish, but not less. Choosing less will not make the cost less, as the volume of food to avoid running out, has to remain the same. Sometimes reducing the quantities, especially with proteins could actually increase the price. Having said that, we do want you to create the exact menu that you would like. If you want to pick multiple selections, please do so. It is YOUR menu. So off you go and do just that. We will price it out for you and send you a solid quotation. Thank you very much.
