Please use this form to sign up for a certain time to play at the FAM. Musician's will have a two hour set with the exception of the last hour, this will include time to set up and break down.

    Please be as specific as you can when answering the questions. Also note that this will be a family event. If a band or group does or says anything that might be deemed inappropriate they will be asked to leave the event. Stage will be equipped with sound board, three microphones and stands, and speakers.
