"I have four years work experience as a collection and data entry personnel in a lending company. Were entering data's on our web base application a real time basis , this experience thought me on how to be become fast and accurate at the same time. I've learned to how to handle pressure and finish work with minimal supervision.
I also work as a Medical Provider. We do outbound calling to insurance companies to verify our patients remaining benefits. Once done we also call our patients to follow up about their order's and collect payment if necessary. Also we do appointment setting for mask fitting, if our patient's needed a new one.
Then I worked as a Healthcare Associate for more than 2 years, for a Dental Insurance Company based in the US. We're trained to be familiar with dental terminologies especially with ADA/CDT codes and their description, frequency and necessary guidelines. We also handle claims status, claims disputes, credentialing information
