The last month's rent and a damage/cleaning deposit of $1000 are due with a signed lease to guarantee the house once you are approved. The first month's rent must be paid in full before anyone can move in.
The applicant understands that the Landlord may perform a credit check to verify the applicant’s credit references and credit history in connection with the processing of this Rental Application.
Rent Details
Rent shall be payable in advance, by the 1st of every month, through Venmo or another mutually agreed upon platform. A $5 per day late fee will apply every day after the 5th until rent is paid. If rent is not paid by the 20th of the month, eviction proceedings may begin.

This is not an animal-friendly property Unauthorized pets are grounds for immediate termination of your lease & eviction.
