"My name is Miguel Osuna I am currently located in Sonora, Mexico. I have 3 years of customer service experience with East Coast Newspapers, out of those 3 years 1 was doing customer service retention calls.
My main function was to provide customer service, about 90% of the calls were inbound and 10% outbound. I also had to retain as much customers as possible, whenever they were threatening to cancel their subscription.
The campaigns I have worked in were mainly for East Coast newspapers like the CT Post, Nh Register, Boston Globe, etc. I enjoyed providing customer service to our subscribers and offering deals and incentives to keep them so they would stay with us.
I want to become a virtual assistant because I really like helping people and consider that I have very good people skills. Looking forward to joining you team!"
