TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SPACE - Each vendor space is 10' x 10' and will be assigned prior to date of event. Tents are encouraged as this is an outdoor market which operates RAIN OR SHINE. We recommend that you weight your tent. Vendor is responsible for providing all display for product/work including tables. We encourage business signs or banners for your space. Displays are expected to be neat and well displayed with a respectful usage of space both for walking areas and neighboring vendors.
FULL DAY COMMITMENT - You will be assigned a space/booth for the duration of the event which begins on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 12:00pm and ends at 5:00pm. You are prohibited from breaking down your area prior to the end of the event.
POWER SOURCE - No generators allowed unless with special permission.
DEADLINE - Applications are due on or before September 30, 2015. Applications received after this date are subject to a $25 late fee.
LOCATION - All exhibitors/vendors will receive their assigned space location approximately one week prior to the event. We cannot guarantee exact space locations and assignments are at the explicit discretion of the FAF Coalition.
RAIN DATE - This event is Rain or Shine. There are no rain refunds. In the case of extreme weather , the event will be cancelled and fees will be banked until the following year.
CANCELLATIONS: Refunds will not be given to vendors for any cancellation.
APPLICATION APPROVAL - The FAF Coalition reserves the right to decline any application or revoke any acceptance without explanation or exception.
LIABILITY - Exhibitors/Vendors/Artists will assume full responsibility for their products/exhibits. The FAF Coalition is not responsible for any damages, loss or theft, or for any personal injury incurred during the course of all FAF Coalition related events and activities.
USE OF IMAGES - Unless you request otherwise, your application will be considered permission for The FAF Coalition to use any submitted images, any images of products from the above submitted websites/online shops/blogs/online examples of work and/or any images taken at the event in any publications or promotional materials, in any medium now known or developed in the future without any restrictions. If you object to the use of your product images, please notify The FAF Coalition, in writing, at the time of your application.
GENERAL - All vendors/artists who are selling at the event are responsible for procuring their own business status including proper licensing, tax ids and the collection of all sales tax.
