"I have recently worked as an Operations Assistant and Customer support and data researcher for a Maid Service company and E-commerce company based in Singapore and the US and I think I am a very good fit for this job.
In my previous work as an Operations Executive VA and customer support staff, I learned to be resourceful and do multi-tasking and I hope that this experience will help me land this job. I also have experience in data mining, extensive research and putting all the information in Google sheet. I’ve done different research for a long time and I think this will be a good advantage for me. I’m easily taught but I can also learn to do things independently. I am comfortable talking to people and communicating with them so I think I will be a good match for this position. I am comfortable using Slack, Whatsapp, Salesforce and email to communicate with customers as needed. I may not have enough experience but I am very much willing to learn or undergo training as needed. I assure you that I am highly trainable and passionate about my work."
