There it was mainly inbound calls and some back-office.When it would come to the calls, I would handle over 100 per day.For back-office, I would handle emails and phone calls.I was required to handle 10-15 emails per hour.
After my customer service experience I switched to sales.My sales experience is mainly outbound where I would dial anywhere between 100-150 calls per day.I would reach out to potential clients and previous clients to see if they were still interested in out services.I also have experience with being home based."
