The Hendricks County Radio Communications Support Group (HCRCSG) is a not-for profit group whose sole purpose is to provided funding for the day-to-day operation of the Hendricks County Amateur Radio Emergency Service (HCARES). Members of HCARES are not paid of compensated for their service to the Community. Since HCARES is unable to accept and possess funds (by charter of ARRL) there needs to be a way to secure finances to meet various operating costs, thus HCRCSG was formed.
