“Consistent action is equal to consistent results. With the economy we are facing today, landing to a decent and long-term work will help me remain at the top, to be financially stable and having a personal development. To begin with the summary of my career, I have been working in a call center setting for 6 years and I've gained a lot of training in healthcare, customer service, customer retention, and billing as well as sales. I have not only provided support over the phone as a front liner but also I’ve been part of the support group for years as a Subject Matter Expert. I am very much knowledgeable in hitting metrics like Quality, Attendance, and Customer Satisfaction. I am also reliable in terms of resolving problems that will benefit not only the customer but also the company I am representing. I have a quiet work environment with no distractions. I am available to work as much as needed with the schedule may it be graveyard or daytime.
The 2 call centers that I was being part of were VXI, handling AT&T customers with their billing concerns, or just minimal troubleshooting assistance. For almost 4 years with that company, my friend referred me to apply at Concentrix. I was a healthcare specialist and one of my responsibilities was to provide health benefits and eligibility to the providers. During that time, I had heard many stories that working from home has a better side rather working in a BPO setting. True enough I tried my luck and now I have been working from home for4 years. The recent one was with Philia Homecare LLC as their medical biller.
I have PLDT Fiber Optic internet connection that has 50Mbps speed for download and 40Mbps for upload. So far, I haven’t experienced any internet and power outage in my area. If it happens I do not worry too much as I have my Smart Bro Connection as my internet backup. It will suffice the usage for work. I have a friend who is also working from home and just near my area. It will only take a 5-minute drive from my place. She has a Converge internet connection.
Every day is a learning day for me. I always see to myself that whatever criticism people may throw at me, whether it could be good or bad, would not hinder me from striving harder to achieve my dreams.''
