"Hi, my name is Ray, I'm 30 years old, from the Philippines. I've been in the BPO industry for 9 years now, I handled multiple international accounts like T-mobile, AT&T, Comcast, and Remitly. I worked as a Customer Service Representative, Technical Support, Fraud analyst, and Sales Representative that supports billing concerns, general inquiry, technical issues, up selling, and other admin tasks.
I do have a sales background, when I was with Comcast, we do have upselling, we are offering internet, phone and cable service, also with AT&T, we used to offer a newly added line for the new and current customer, actually, during my time in AT&T, I was awarded for always hitting the target for Sales, and getting the incentive every month. I have also been awarded for being the top 5 sellers across the site for AOL email since we offer software for added protection to their desktop and laptop. I also experience outbound call if needed, especially if the customer is interested, but I always consider their needs and also their time.
I am very organized and a fast learner person, and always making sure that every task that I have will be completed, aside from that I'm also a time-Oriented Person, and very Optimistic, I can work during holidays, weekends or even in a shifting schedule, can work under pressure and do multitasking. I'm also certified for Six Sigma, ( White, Yellow, and Green Belt ).
