    (1) PLACING ORDERS:
    After reviewing our Pricing & Ordering Policies
    & Once you are ready to place an order, You will complete our online order form & a PayPal invoice will be sent to you.

    (2) Payments:
    To secure your order on our calendar, you must pay your total order up front. As a courtesy, we will allow clients to pay a 50% deposit (for orders of $200 or more).

    Deposits NOT accepted for:
    a.) Any RUSH Orders
    b.) Any Digital Only Designs.
    c.) Custom Foam Display Boards
    d.) Any special offers or promotions
    These orders MUST be paid in FULL.

    (3) PREVIEWS & PROOFS:
    After your payment or deposit is received, you will be provided with 1 or 2 preview options
    for you to choose from within 14 business days.
    You may then make any necessary revisions to your design & approve for production.

    (4) Final Payment:
    If a deposit was paid, your final balance must be paid within 2 weeks after your order is placed.
    Production begins only after your final payment has been made.
    ** Please Note: YOUR COMPLETION DATE MAY CHANGE ACCORDING TO WHEN YOU PAY YOUR FINAL BALANCE! **

    (5) Shipping:
    Custom orders will be produced & shipped based on the depth & details of your order. Your shipping date may be subject to change based on when your final payment is made or the progress of your orders’ production.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE!: Once you have approved your order(s) for printing & production has began, any design changes that you request may be subject to a re-design fee or a whole new order having to be re-placed.
