"I am writing to express my interest in the position of Customer Service Representative. I have been working as a Customer Service Representative for 8 years now, Handling Telco accounts, Humana Healthcare, General Motors, and Spirit airlines accounts, during that time I’ve developed impeccable phone manners and an ability to politely deal with disgruntled customers.
Aside from working as a Customer Service Representative I also have experience as a Virtual Assistant for 2 years, handling lead generation, Researcher, LinkedIn prospecting. I am accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously and can offer new ideas to help our company grow and surpass all goals and objectives.
My experience in all of those accounts has helped me improve my leadership skills, hone my organization skills, and have provided me with extensive knowledge of how to handle customers.
I am available to work immediately on this project. I would love to work long term on this project and I will do my best to finish all tasks to be done on time."
