“I have been with the BPO industry for more than 5 years now. Whenever I communicate with clients thru phone, chat or email I dedicate myself in giving the best customer service experience to them.
I started way back 2009 as a Customer service representative. I handled concerns reagrding activation of customer's cable boxes and answer inquiries regarding their bill. I am really fond of speaking to different people and help them regarding their concerns. I also handled a medical account wherein I answer customer's concern regarding their health insurance, process their requests like Identification card and bills. My last position when I'm in the BPO industry is being a Techincal support agent. I assist customer in resolving their issues with their phone, TVs and internet. After a few years I started my career as a Virtual assistant for a staffing agency based in California. My task is to call nurses and deploy them to hospice patients and send out patient updates via email. I was promoted as Marketing Lead and call hospice owners and present different Marketing Strategies. I also worked as a part time customer service representative for an online Jewelry store based in New york handling inbound and outbound sales and as well as answering inquiries via email."
