"I worked as an order fulfillment manager for a US based company that had 3 websites. One is under Shopify platform, Designertechsoftware.com, other is Bigcommerce platform which was Tekmicro.com and other Bigcommerce which was SoftwareSpeedy.com. I started working with them from May 2021 to July 2017. My main task was to fulfill orders through the backend of the website, sending the serial keys to the customers via email as well. After I make sure that there are no more orders, I check the email and make sure to answer all inquiries from customers as well as those that are not customers yet. When email is empty and there are no orders as well, I open zopim to take chats from customers that are having issues with their serial keys or need assistance in installing their software. I was also tasked to take inbound calls after a few months being with the company. Working with that client for more than 4 years taught me a lot about customer service and that is why after the company shut down, I was able to find another job right away because of my experience.
