“My Name is Roilo Perlin. I am an independent, reliable, and all-rounder worker. I thrive in a fast-paced work environment and can effectively handle stress. My last client was Startups.com, an online platform with 8 websites for various applications, such as database management and tools specifically designed for startup support. I cater to phone, chat, email, and text messages from customers for customer service support. I also resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
