"My name is Ruth Ann. I am hoping to be considered as one of your Customer Service Representatives.
I would like to think that in my 15 years of combined experience in Customer Service, Sales, and as an English as a Second Language Teacher, that I will be able to do my work as needed and required by the company and to give a lasting good impression to the clients. I am more than happy to answering inbound calls and setting up appointments but making sure that I do all these with a great customer experience in mind.
I am more than open to being trained and be given feedback to ensure that I am doing exactly what my job entails and more. I am organized, have high attention to detail, and always think of how to provide good if not great customer service. I am always amenable to doing shifting schedules, working on weekends, and doing overtime if needed by the company.
I have a workspace with a reliable 100 MBPS fiber wired connection, two backup internet connections, a noise-canceling headset, and an updated computer that will enable me to perform my tasks without any distractions."
