    “I have been a Customer Service Representative for six years and I have handled collections, billing and sales accounts.

    I’ve worked for iQor Philippines as a Senior Agent from October 2020 until recently. I was profiled for a Telco account and we service business customers with their billing, account change and technical needs. I also upsell to make sure customers get the best value of their service. I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert/Mentor during my 3rd month. I oversee our team’s performance and I handle escalations.

    I’ve also worked with VXI Global as a Customer Service Associate. I also handled a Telco account and I service customers from all lines of businesses. I help them with complex billing, account management and technical needs. Sales is the most important KPI in that account so I also do hardcore selling for all applicable calls. I was once ranked as the Top Agent for the whole account when it comes to Sales.

    I started my career as a Collections Specialist also in iQor Philippines. I handled a local bank in the US and I help clients with their payments.
