"I've been in the customer service industry for more than 6 years now. I've worked both locally and internationally. My recent work was with a Real Estate Company based in the US, in which I set appointments to my client. We do cold calling to home owners and asked some basic questions about the condition of the property and make sure to have good leads for the client to do some negotiations.
I've also worked in a BPO company in which we handled inbound calls from telecommunication companies based in the US. We attend customer's query and do some technical support on their devices if they experience troubles and teach them some troubleshooting as well. We also cater payments, refunds and other client needs with their mobile plans.
After several months in the same BPO company, I got promoted to an Executive Resolution Department in which I handled difficult customer problems and difficult customers that requires immediate resolution. We also do some upselling with our products and get some commission if we can reach a certain quota."
