"After college I applied for a Data Entry position here in Clark Pampanga. I worked as a Data Entry Specialist for 2 years. The name of the project was "Bank of America". What we're doing back then was we enter our customer's information into our system. Back then I was receiving incentives every month because of my excellent performance.
After 2 years I decided to step up. Look for a different job to grow and to earn higher income. So I applied for a voice account as a Customer Service Representative for Capital one Bank UK. I'm pretty sure you are familiar with Capital One. I was a Fraud Specialist(Customer Service Rep.). Basically, our job was to check each transaction on our customer's account if all transactions are legit or not. If it was made by the customer or made by a fraudster. Whenever the system detects a suspicious transaction on the account, the account will automatically pop up on our screen and we will call the customer or the credit card owner to check if it was made by him/her. Our system will put a temporary hold on the account until the customer confirms that the transaction was legit.Were doing both inbound and outbound duties depends on the volume of the calls. I attached a Certificate which I received back in Capital one as "Master of Outbound" and also I was awarded as the "Agent of the Month" back then. But Unfortunately, After a year of working for Capital one the account was transferred to India.
After that I received a better offer and a very challenging job which was with "Dell Computer". I was a chat support and email support. and sometimes were also taking phone calls for follow up. Working for Dell was very challenging. doing 2 windows at a time. assisting 2 customers at a time while reviewing emails from previous customers. And Again, because of my excellent work I received some awards like "Number 1 Agent" and "Hero of the month" and Also received some certificates.
That's the time I tried working at home and found an American client who offered me a Job as a Virtual assistant Data Entry Specialist and Email support Specialist for "Australian Travel Service". I was processing a VISA application and also supporting our customer via email with their concerns. The whole 4 years of working with my boss was fantastic. But because of this Coronavirus that we are facing right now, we had no other choice but to shut the business down."
