"Hello! my name is Nancy. I have had one year and six months experience working in a high-volume call center environment. As a Customer Service Representative, I am required to answer incoming calls from Customers. My responsibilities includes: Respond to complex customer calls by resolving customer service inquiries which could include benefit and eligibility informations,billing and payment issues, Customer material requests,Explanation of benefits(EOB), Physician assignments and authorization for treatment. I also assist customers in navigating the websites to encourage and reassure them to become self sufficient. Typing and talking at the same time and navigate through multiple screens and ensuring a high-level of customer service while maximizing productivity are the challenges that I was able to managed in this position.
Currently, I am an Online English teacher. I am able to help my students (mostly japanese)to learn English by guiding them through the lesson materials,providing enough time for them to speak and proactively correcting their mistakes.Since I have a very reliable internet connection and a very quiet place conducive for teaching, I am able to provide quality lessons for my students.
