"My name is Kristine Chico, and I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for the past 5 years.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Business, as well as three years of retail experience as a Sales Associate. In addition, I completed two internships focusing on retail management. I received an award for Intern of the Year at one of the companies, due to my sales skills and professionalism.
I have been working as a Freelancer since 2012, I worked as a Virtual Assistant for 2 years I was hired by Australian based client and was asked to do different tasks that helped me improve my VA skills, I have learned a lot and was able to adopt easily with the new tools introduced by the client.
I also worked as an appointment setter basically the major role here is to do outbound calls and trying to offer a certain services or products to the customers. "
