Please also include the costs associated with these, so if you are requesting a coach for your third team and you haven't previously had this before, please state this as follows; £15 per hour x 2 hours a week x 25 weeks.

Please include details on: How many people the change will benefit, who it will specifically benefit – e.g. first team players or beginners, and how this change will have a positive influence on your club.
If you are requesting additional funding for a new team being entered into a league or competition, please provide evidence that you have the numbers required to fulfil fixtures (e.g. friendly fixtures played the previous year).
