"Hi I am Maechelle Abanero. I have more than 10 years’ experience working for the BPO industry. I have experience in Inbound as well as outbound calls. In my line of work I have acquired the expertise that I am certain will be relevant to Customer Service Representative for Automobile Service Scheduler positions.
I worked in Acquire Asia Pacific as an account manager. My duties and responsibilities include outbound and inbound sales, whereas up selling, retention, general inquiries, call backs and setting appointments are just a part of every day’s work. Prior to my promotion, I was a Technical Support Representative and one of my duties is to set up an appointment for customers to send them technicians for issues that cannot be resolved over the phone.
Moreover, working as a Customer Service Representative in other companies such as Teletech and Convergys, I gained experience in billing, subscriptions, hard selling, soft selling, referrals etc. in which I am confident will be essential to this job.
