"I am Norina Shenn Abina from Davao City, Philippines, and here is my work history.
My first job was as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO company for almost a year. I was under the DTV and AT&T accounts. Our goal was to provide excellent customer service. Meaning, as much as possible, we have to address all the reasons of customers for calling us and satisfy them before they hang up the phone. The job is to assist customers like answering their queries about their accounts, provide billing explanation, process billing adjustments, and payments, and resolved minimal technical issues on their satellite TV and internet. Also, we do cross-selling and upselling of premium channels, and internet and phone bundle.
The second job I had was in a real estate business. I was the Secretary of the owner, who was also the homeowners’ president and the real estate developer. Most of the time I worked alone in the office since I was also his only staff. Therefore, I shoulder most of the works. My responsibilities were to entertain walk-in clients, answer phone calls, plot schedules for meeting with the clients, making contracts, receiving payments, and taking care of clients’ accounts, like keeping their records updated and calculating their realty taxes and arrears. That job lasted for almost a year also.
Lastly, my recent job was in a BPO company again. I was a Virtual Telemarketer, meaning I worked at home for almost 2 years. I was under a Lead Generation account dialing a B2B or business to business campaigns. My job was to call companies and qualify potential prospects who will be going to receive a whitepaper.
