The Pod Reservation
  • Important Information

    1. Educators are responsible for picking up and dropping off The Pod trunk at the Galveston Bay Foundation Office at 1100 Hercules Ave, Suite 200, Houston, TX. Trunks may be picked up and dropped off between the hours of 9am-4:30pm.

    *If this is not possible, we do have volunteers willing to drop off/pick up The Pod to your school. Please make sure to fill out the appropriate section below.

    2. You may sign the trunk out for up to a 3 week period. Please make sure to coordinate pick-up and drop-off with Galveston Bay Foundation staff.

    3. Educators signing out the trunk will be responsible for all materials. A credit card authorization form is required in case materials are broken or lost. It will not be used unless there are missing or broken items. The full cost of the trunk replacement is $1,400. An inventory list with individual material costs will be provided in the trunk. If the pod is in good condition, the form will be given back to you.

    4. A pre and post-survey will be required at trunk pick-up and drop-off.

    2. Go through the trunk before drop off to make sure all materials are present.
