The nomination period for the 2017 Alumni Awards is now closed.
Nominations will be considered for the 2018 Alumni Awards, and are welcome throughout the year preceding the deadline. The deadline for the 2018 Alumni Awards will be announced late summer/early fall 2017.
Alumni, faculty, staff, and friends of Tufts are welcome to submit nominations for any of the award categories listed below. For full descriptions of each award category, please visit the Alumni Awards website

The following must accompany this form to ensure that all candidates are judged equally:
• Nominee’s curriculum vitae (CV) or resume
• At least one letter of support from one of the nominee’s constituencies (alumni, administration, faculty, staff, or friend of Tufts) stating specific reasons for the nomination
Incomplete nominations will not be considered by the Awards Committee. Additional information (such as articles, letters of support, etc.) may also be submitted.
