“ Hi! How are you? This is Jeffrey Hembra. You can call me Jeff. I'm a registered nurse who has worked in the BPO business for the past seven years. I have worked in sales, technical support, and customer service. I was also elevated to Workforce Specialist I, where I was in charge of numerous projects around North America.
I've used and abused a number of things that have helped me improve my performance on the jobs I've held. For an automotive company in North America, I used Salesforce CRM to schedule or book appointments and provide service leads to dealerships. As a softphone, I used Avaya, Cisco, Teams, and IPFX. Being a workforce force report analyst necessitates a thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel. As a level 3 support agent for a mobile phone manufacturer, I take supervisor/manager calls and handle them until they are resolved. Most of my further knowledge and abilities were polished during my employment in the jobs that I had, using their particular knowledge sources and modules to be held individually.
With the knowledge I've received and the skills I'm continually honing, I believe that being present is the most important aspect of company success. As a critical thinker, I believe that dependability is and will always be one of my greatest assets. ''
