“My name is Vanessa, 37 years old. I'm a graduate of an Associate course related to Office Management, I've been working in the BPO Industry for the past 12 years, handling customer service, tech support, chat support and email support.
For customer service, I used to support general inquiry, billing, order tracking, order taking, a little upselling and some troubleshooting for mobile phones and for technical service, I used to support internet connection issues, internet plan upgrade, modem and router troubleshooting and a little email troubleshooting issues.
The reason I enjoy this job is my ability to multitask, like talking on the phone while taking notes and checking emails at the same time. It feels great whenever I help someone whether at work or outside of the workplace.
With the previous employment including the knowledge and experience I had, I am positive that I'd be a great fit on this position. I don't have a VA experience as of the moment but I hope to join your team to start my VA carrer."
