I understand the following:
1. This agreement is exclusive of any applicable taxes.
2. Prebuy enrollment ends 7/31/12 or while supplies last.
3. This agreement is valid from May 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013.
4. This agreement is not subject to any act of any governmental authority related to supply or price. The agreement is also not subject to market conditions, nor any natural phenomenon, strike, embargo, disaster or act of God, which may interrupt, limit or halt the supply of fuel, temporarily or permanently. No claim shall be made under this contract for special or consequential damages.
5. Any Prebuy gallons remaining on your account as of the end of the Prebuy Contract (May 31, 2013)will be converted to undelivered gallons based on the per gallon Prebuy price in place as of June 1, 2013. This may result in more or less gallons remaining on your account, depending on the new per gallon Prebuy price. Refunds will not be made.
6. No promotions can be used with this offer.


Gallons ARE NOT automatically delivered, you must order gallons online to use your Prebuy.
