"I worked in a Call Center Industry for 7 years doing several skills. I worked as a Customer Service Rep, Technical Support , Sales Specialist and as Email Support Specialist. Customer Service and Selling is my expertise.
Within 7 years of working, I can say that I am already familiar in taking calls and how to handle every call, most especially in selling. Although Customer Service is my preferred skill, but my Expertise is selling. I am confident to talk to people over the phone and I can easily encourage people to take advantage of whatever product or insurance that I am selling. My "Smile" is the key. :)
What I like about the job post is that I already have an experience working with Medicare and United Health Group. I dealt with Hospitals, Pharmacies and I was able to talk to the Doctors and the insurance holder itself. I used to help the customers process their claims before if the insurance will not work. I believe that this job is really for me.
As for my communication skill, you will be surprised! I'm very much excited to share with you what I have and I believe that I can help you grow your business.
