Did Inbound – outbound, technical support and have been part of an escalation team for 7 years handling High-Risk Customer Complaints. This job requires us to Pacify irate customers, do negotiation to prevent customers from filling a case to the ombudsman, offer them refunds and new product offers, do sup calls and provide good Customers Service. During my time doing retentions I needed to resolve queries at the first point of contact. I also have experience with a dispatcher for a drop shipping /trucking and Locksmith Company, my main responsibilities where the following: Handle customer inquiries and complaints (internal and external), document and update customer records based on interactions, develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving services, answer incoming calls/ schedule appointment, follow up on service calls and follow up on quotes.
