2022-2023 School Activities and Events
Reserve facility spaces for 2022-2023 activities and events. Please note:

• All school activities/events after the regular school day, evenings and weekends must be scheduled through the District’s facilities office. It is important that each school submit dates of events and activities so the appropriate spaces are reserved. Submission deadline is May 20, 2022.
• HS Band, Choir & Drama Departments will need to connect with Kristina Hess (Auditorium Manager) prior to the deadline to coordinate events and rehearsal dates. Kristina will submit those dates to your school scheduling secretary, who will include them when submitting other school dates.
• MS Band & Choir Departments that are planning to use the high school auditoriums--please coordinate with the high school departments to identify non-conflicting event dates. High school teachers will coordinate MS dates with Kristina during the department discussion.

  • Confirmation of Facility Use:
    • Receipt of your submission by the facilities office does not guarantee approval of facility use for the date requested. If there are conflicts, you will be contacted.
    • Once approved, you will receive a facilities permit via email, or you can confirm that your request has been scheduled by logging into your account at https://isd728.ce.eleyo.com.

    Changes:
    • After the original submission of dates, any changes must be sent to the facilities office (including HS game schedules); preferably via email to facilities@isd728.org.

    Deadline:
    • Submission deadline is May 20, 2022.
    • District events will be scheduled starting May 23, 2022. Once all district events and activities have been scheduled the facilities office will process requests from public users. To insure district events get the first priority, submissions must be received by the facilities office no later than May 20, 2022.
