    "I have a solid background working in a BPO company for 5 years which means that the tasks that you have to complete will be fine with me. I am definitely ready for it.

    I have a wide background both in retail and travel. I have been a customer support and product trainer for a vacation rental website such as Vrbo which is also based in the US.

    I went through multiple training on how to handle and understand foreign customers and provide their needs. I attended multiple developmental pieces of training on how to pacify irate customers and handle their issues with great satisfaction.

    I am skilled in taking in calls, responding to emails, and handling chats with efficiency and great care. I have a lot of experience working remotely or virtually. I am skilled with email and schedule management.

    I am highly familiar with CRMs particularly Salesforce and Zendesk. Expert in using all MS Office Applications as well as G Suites. I can gather and analyze data as it's part of my previous task as a trainer. I can do wonderful presentations with the use of infographics because we were asked to create modules for training and performance improvement plans. I am a multi-tasker and organized person. I am from the Philippines but I have excellent written and spoken English. In fact, I have trained hundreds of employees to improve their language and communication skills.
