    "I work to help customers with their inquiries/requests. I handled billing, sales and a little bit of technical work. Most customers call about their bill and I help them correct or understand what is going on. Sometimes, I do chat support if there is a need to contact the on-shore representatives. I do sales as well since that was the main goal of the company that I am working with which is AT&T. I was affiliated with them as a contractor for 3 years.

    What I like with my previous job is the Customer satisfaction that most customers get. It feels when someone appreciates you.

    I was also affiliated with Spectrum for 6 months but this was before AT&T. The process is quite similar when it comes to the products and assisting customers but most of the time, I do outbound calls when I was still affiliated with Spectrum.

    Multitasking is easy for me."
