"I worked in the call center industry for five years. I handled mortgage collections account where I assisted US-based customers. I also was assigned to customer service department and answered calls for Australian customers. I handled banking products like savings, credit card and consumer lending. I also worked for a market intelligence company and contacted US banks to gather daily updates on the rates of their banking and investment accounts.
I started working home-based in 2016 and joined a team working remotely for a real estate company based in Texas. I handled a combination of admin works and calls. I also worked as an appointment setter where I vetted leads inquiring about for sale properties. I helped them get their inquiries answered and set them up for a showing at the home they're interested in and meet our realtor.
I've worked mostly for part time positions in the past and now ready to take a full time position. I only have very few knowledge about insurance but I can work hard to learn and continuously develop. I would be very excited if chosen to be part of your team."
