Listing agent or their representatives (Showing Agent) must attend the
meeting the day of the tour. Tour will be caravan style. Showing agent must attend all homes on tour.

Only member of this organization shall be entitled to place their current listing on tour.

Each home placed on tour will cost the listing agent and additional $1.00.

Once a home has been on tour, it cannot be placed on tour again unless one of the following events occur:
a. One year’s time has elapsed.
b. The home has sold and been relisted.
c. Substantial remodeling or decorating has occurred.
d. There has been at least a 10% price reduction.

The maximum number of homes on tour each week will be 6.

No more than 2 homes may be on tour from the same Agent each week, unless the tour has available openings.

Homes may be scheduled for tour by submitting the tour online form
by 12:00 noon on Wednesday prior to the Friday meeting. Necessary information regarding the home must be confirmed by the Tour Director.

Geographical boundaries for homes eligible to be placed on the

Gahanna Areas Realty Association Tour are as follows:
All homes within the Gahanna school system, plus others within MLS
areas GA, 51 & 57, South of Route 161 and West of Waggoner and Dixon Roads.

If a home is scheduled for tour and for any reason must be cancelled, please call tour director at soon as possible.
