SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
*Prior to Painted Cookies Arrival:
1. Hostess to setup Tables and chairs
(Please disregard if provided by Painted Cookies)

*Upon Painted Cookies Arrival:
1. Setup (20- 30 Min)
2. Decorate Aprons (15 Min)
3. Cookie Decorating ( 1 hour and 15 min)
4. Clean Up

Painted Cookies will arrive 30 minutes prior to your party to begin setup
(It works out better for the kids to be away so they are not in the way while we are setting up)

**All details including guest list and cookie choices must be confirmed a full 48 hours prior to your scheduled event or your event will need to be rescheduled

(EXAMPLE: If you event is on Saturday at 2pm, your details must be confirmed by the previous Thursday at 2pm – NO EXCEPTIONS)

    • Mini cookies to munch on while they are creating their edible artwork.
    • Unlimited sprinkles and candy toppings.
    • Icing in multiple colors.
    • Take home bag with bow for cookie.
    • Keepsake photo from event.
    • All Table décor in the color scheme of your choice.

    DETAILS NEEDED TO CUSTOMIZE PARTY:
  • **If you would like a specific theme like Spongebob, Barbie, Cars, etc…

    Please let us know as there is an additional one time fee of $5.00 for this type of customized party experience.
  • Please select any additional items you would like to add from the list above and indicate the quantity of each in the box above
  • Painted Cookies will design a dessert table for your event with the theme of your choice including 5-10 desserts of your choice

  • Painted Cookies will bring all props and photo booth to your event and take photos to be provided via digital CD

  • HOSTESS CHECKLIST:

    Your To-Do's:

    1. Download and send invite found on our site or use E-vite if you prefer.
    Ask your guests to respond with cookie design and child's name
    (that way we get the correct spelling of their name)
    **Please copy Painted Cookies on the E-Vite**

    2. Send Guest List to Painted Cookies including Cookie Design Choices next to each child's name
    (Cookie Doll names and outfit names are located in the description of the picture)
    **Must be received by Painted Cookies a full 48 hours prior to your scheduled event**

    3. Remit payment for initial invoice with Deposit

    4. Confirm your guest list 48 hours in advance

    5. Confirm all final details with Painted Cookies

    6. Remit Payment day of event prior to Painted Cookies arrival

    7. Setup tables and chairs (Disregard if provided by Painted Cookies)

    8. Order Pizza and drinks for the kids

  • Travel Fees:

    Up to 20 Miles - NO COST
    20-40 Miles - $15.00
    40- 60 Miles - $25.00


    BILLING DETAILS:
  • All details must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the party so the work can begin on our end to customize the party.

    At that point we will send the final invoice to be paid before any services can be rendered either online via credit card or on-site via check or credit card

    PLEASE NOTE: On your credit card statement the transaction will say IPN/PAYMENTNETWORK.
  • ** INVOICE MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO OUR PARTY PLANNERS ARRIVAL AS THEY DO NOT HANDLE PAYMENT MATTERS

    **Any cancellations or date changes must be made 72 hours before your scheduled event

    PLEASE NOTE: On your credit card statement the transaction will say IPN/PAYMENTNETWORK.
  • Painted Cookies can bring up to 3 extra cookies at your request for $10.00/ea
    If the guest does not arrive there is no additional cost, if the guest arrives remaining balance due onsite.

    **This will cover you for those guests who dont RSVP, but still show up
  • Painted Cookies wll bring standard size cookies to our full party experience for children to munch on while decorating their giant cookies.

    If you have decided on a modified party experience, you may choose to add muching cookies to your party
